Seeking Forgiveness for Past Mistakes

As-salamu alaykum, I'm reaching out because I'm struggling with something that's been weighing on my heart. I've made mistakes in the past, and unfortunately, I also bragged about them to others, which I deeply regret now. Recently, I came across a video that mentioned how Allah (SWT) forgives all sins, except for those that are publicly exposed. This has left me worried and seeking guidance on how to make amends and earn Allah's forgiveness for my actions. I'm truly sorry for what I've done and I'm looking for a way to make things right. Can someone please offer some advice or words of comfort on how to seek Allah's mercy and forgiveness in this situation? Jazakum Allahu khairan.
