Can I listen to the Quran while I'm working or walking around?

Assalamu alaikum, I was wondering if it's okay to put on the Quran in the background while I'm doing chores or going for a walk. Sometimes I want to fill my time with something beneficial, but I'm not just sitting and focusing. Is that considered disrespectful, or is it allowed? Just looking for some insight, insha'Allah.
