Remembering hero guard Amin Abdullah
Amin Abdullah, the security guard killed protecting the Islamic Center of San Diego, is being hailed as a hero. He stopped the teenage shooters from reaching children at the mosque's school, saving many lives. A father of eight, he'd been a beloved guard there for over a decade. His last Facebook post reflected his faith: 'What is success?... It is returning back to Allah our creator with the same pure soul.' May Allah accept him as a martyr.
