Reasons to stay away from zina:

Assalaamu alaikum, dear brothers and sisters. Guard your modesty and be patient in these tough times. Here are some reminders why you should avoid zina: 1. Most importantly, it’s a huge sin that Allah has forbidden. 2. Imagine someone doing this to your mother, sister, daughter, or wife. 3. The chance of an unexpected pregnancy or child. 4. The possibility of getting diseases. 5. You might fall in love and get emotionally attached-intimacy creates strong bonds, and if they leave, your heart will feel shattered. 6. What if your parents find out? 7. What if their husband, brother, or father discovers it and reacts violently? 8. What if you pass away while committing it, or heading to do it? 9. The guilt and disgust you'll feel afterwards. 10. The danger of becoming addicted and unable to quit. I could list many more, but the main reason is our fear of Allah. He has made it haram, and that's enough for us.
