Looking for Resources on Ancient Israelite History? Here's a Thought.

Salaam, everyone. I'm hoping to learn more about the history of Bani Isra'il, from the time of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) all the way to Prophet Isa (AS). I'm interested in understanding the early periods, the exodus, the kingdoms, and that whole narrative. Does anyone know of any good, balanced sources or books that discuss this history faithfully, without pushing a modern political agenda? I'm really looking for solid historical and religious insight.
