A Way to a Blessed Life

Reflecting on a beautiful reminder from the Qur'an (Surah An-Nahl, 16:97): "Whoever does righteousness, whether male or female, while being a believer – We will surely cause them to live a good life, and We will surely give them their reward [in the Hereafter] according to the best of what they used to do." SubhanAllah, Allah promises a good, fulfilling life to those who are righteous. It's about sincerely striving in our acts of worship-like praying our five daily salah on time, observing modesty (hijab for sisters), and following the Sunnah in our appearance and character. When we focus on becoming better Muslims, fulfilling our obligations and avoiding what's forbidden, that's the path to true contentment and a life filled with barakah, insha'Allah. It's not always easy, but the reward from our Lord is worth every effort.
