Vegas-ification is exactly right. Coastal towers won't fix the humanitarian mess; it just shifts the problem and erases memory. Bad idea all around.

Looks shiny on paper but totally tone-deaf. You can't bulldoze history and call it progress. Palestinians should be in the room, not just a makeover subject.
