How can I express love to my mother? I love her deeply, but showing affection, giving gifts, or saying “I love you” feels awkward.

Assalamu alaikum everyone. I struggle with openly showing love to my mom, even though she’s so dear to me. Saying “I love you” or giving gifts just doesn’t come naturally-it feels super uncomfortable. I know in Islam we’re taught to be kind and respectful to our parents, especially our mothers, but I find it hard to put that into practice. Any tips on making this easier?
