How Can I Be Sure These Are Signs from Allah?

As-salamu alaykum everyone, I wanted to ask about knowing if signs are truly from Allah (SWT) or something else. I've been making dua for something specific and asking Allah to show me signs as reassurance it'll happen. Lately, I keep noticing the same number popping up all over the place, and it feels too frequent to ignore. But I'm still unsure-could this be Shaytan messing with my mind, making me think these are divine signs just to lead me to disappointment or doubt later? I know all strength and power comes from Allah, so does that mean these repeated occurrences are from Him? I keep asking for these signs to continue, and they do, so it's hard to believe it's just trickery, right? May Allah bless you all and answer your duas in the best way. (Just to clarify, I don't follow any 'angel numbers' beliefs.)
