Feeling Unseen and Overwhelmed

Assalamu alaikum, I've been struggling with intense hardship for months now. As someone who recently accepted Islam, this is especially difficult because my family is very devout in their own faith and has no idea about my reversion. I've been making du'a in private, but so far, I haven't experienced any relief from this trial. It leaves me feeling invisible and unheard. I know with certainty that Allah is Al-Baseer (the All-Seeing) and Al-Alim (the All-Knowing), yet I keep asking myself why I haven't felt even the slightest ease in my suffering. Each day, my mental and physical state seems to deteriorate further.
