Concern about dog hair at home, need advice for my prayers

Assalamu alaikum everyone. So I just realized something that’s been bothering me a lot. The place I’m renting right now – turns out the person who lived here before me had a dog. And honestly, it doesn’t look like they cleaned anything after they left. I’ve been here about two weeks now and I just noticed dog hair everywhere, on the bed, the covers, pretty much all over. I feel kind of stupid for not seeing it sooner. Now I’m really worried: is my salah even valid while I’m living in this place? And do I need to wash all my stuff – like my clothes and everything – because of the dog hair? I keep thinking about impurity and I’m just anxious about it. Jazakallah khair for any advice.
