Best methods for keeping track of prayer times in the West?

Assalamu alaikum everyone, I usually rely on apps like Pillars to track prayer times, but sometimes I get distracted and miss the notification, ending up missing Salah. I know some apps also send reminders about 15 minutes before the Adhan. My question is, are there other effective ways to remind ourselves to pray? Do physical prayer clocks, like the AlFajr ones, actually help, or might they have the same issues? My wife also struggles with this due to ADHD, so any advice would be great for both of us. Jazakum Allahu khayran for your help!

Try Athan Pro, man. It plays the adhan loud and clear, harder to ignore.

Physical prayer clock on my desk is a game changer. The visual reminder is always there. My wife got one too and it helps her.

I struggled with this too. Putting my phone on Do Not Disturb except for the prayer app helped a lot. Less noise so the notification stands out.
