A Blessed Friday: Multiplying Rewards Through Durood

Assalamu alaikum everyone. Jumu'ah Mubarak! It's Friday, a truly blessed day. Let's all make a special effort today to send abundant salawat and durood upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. We are reminded of the beautiful hadith where the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invokes blessings upon me once, Allah will shower blessings upon him ten times over." (Sahih Muslim) Another narration inspires us further, stating that whoever sends blessings upon the Prophet ﷺ will have ten sins erased, be elevated by ten ranks, and receive tenfold blessings from Allah. There is also an encouraging narration, though of different strength, which mentions that a person who recites salawat a thousand times on a Friday will be shown his place in Jannah before his passing. Let's take this opportunity to earn immense rewards. Here is a simple yet powerful Durood to include in your remembrance today: Allāhumma ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammadin wa ālihi alfa alfa marrah (O Allah, send Your blessings upon Prophet Muhammad and his family a thousand thousand times.)
