571 Bojonegoro Civil Servants Officially Sworn In, Regent Stresses Professionalism and Eliminating Negative Stigma
A total of 571 civil servants (PNS) under the Bojonegoro Regency Government officially took their oaths and received appointment decrees at the Ngumpakdalem Main Sports Hall on Friday (31/7). The ceremony was led directly by Bojonegoro Regent Setyo Wahono.
Wahono emphasized that this appointment marks the start of a big responsibility as public servants. He asked the civil servants to leave behind the negative stigma about state civil apparatus and stressed the importance of integrity, professionalism, and work ethic. "Get rid of that stigma. Today you have sworn an oath with accountability to the community and to God," said Wahono.
The regency will implement a talent management system based on performance and competency in a fair, objective, and transparent way. The Regent also reminded ASN to be role models in innovation, protect public data security, and improve digital literacy and service speed in this digitalization era.
Concluding his speech, the Regent asked senior officials and heads of regional agencies to guide the new civil servants to quickly adapt and contribute their best to the development of Bojonegoro Regency.
