Worrying about worries is just another worry
Assalamu alaikum, my dear brothers and sisters. Don't turn one worry into two, you know? Every little worry just makes another one pop up, even heavier. A smart person eases their worries by: - asking Allah for help, - putting all their trust and hope in Him, - thinking well of Allah, - letting go of what happened or what they lost, - and remembering the countless blessings from Allah that we can’t even count. And a smart person also: - doesn't overwork their mind, - doesn't ruin their health, - doesn't give up their sleep, - doesn't waste time, - doesn't dim their happiness, - doesn't block the good stuff in life, - and doesn't drown in sadness over one issue, knowing that what was meant to happen would never miss you, and what wasn’t meant could never reach you. We Muslims get it-if Allah guards our deen, the core and shield of everything, and we prep for the Akhirah where we’re all heading, then all the tiredness, tests, and pain of this dunya become bearable. This whole world isn't worth wasting our peace over anything in it. And Allah knows best. - Badr ibn ʿAlī ibn Ṭāmī al-ʿUtaybī
