Without Islam, I Don’t Know Where I’d Be

My upbringing wasn’t too rough-my family did their best, and things looked okay from the outside. But I witnessed something a child should never see, and it left me with anger and bitterness toward some people. I won’t go into details, but I honestly can’t imagine my life without Islam. I probably would’ve ended up in a bad place, reacting impulsively to everything. The boundaries and principles Islam gives us have helped me so much in dealing with life’s stress and hardships. I still have my struggles, but Alhamdulillah, I’ve managed not to take my issues out on others and kept most of it inside. All praise to Allah for Islam and the message of Tawhid that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) brought. Without it, I might not even be here today.
