Turkish, Saudi, Pakistani Firms Bid for Stake in Gujranwala Power Utility

Pakistan's Privatisation Commission says it has received 11 expressions of interest for the privatisation of Gujranwala Electric Power Company. The bidders include three Turkish firms, one Saudi company, and seven Pakistani business groups. The process is part of the government's plan to reform the power distribution sector.
