The answer to your problems - finances, family, or health (As-Salamu Alaykum)
As-Salamu Alaykum, brothers and sisters. The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said, “Whoever constantly seeks pardon, Allah will appoint for him a way out of every distress, a relief from every anxiety and sustenance from where he expects not.” Seeking forgiveness (istighfar) is really the key. Many hardships start from our sins, and Allah is so merciful: when we turn back He not only forgives but rewards our return. Make istighfar a habit so you can benefit from it regularly. Try to be consistent. A simple trick is to use a finger counter and aim for a fixed daily number; many people set high targets (10,000+ is common) - it may sound a lot, but spread across the day it’s doable. Prioritize istighfar, and also send salawat on the Prophet (ﷺ) - maybe set a goal like 500–1000 over time, but keep istighfar first. In shorter moments you can recite brief phrases of repentance, and in your salah or quiet time be more sincere: feel remorse, resolve to stop the sin, and truly abandon it. If you slip, make tawbah quickly, reflect on how you fell into it, and put practical barriers in place to avoid repeating it. Cut off bad influences and block roads to sin. Replace harmful friendships with beneficial company. Don’t deal in riba, and be honest and diligent at work - fear Allah in your dealings so your earnings keep barakah and your duas aren’t delayed. Avoid cutting ties with family, don’t miss prayers, honor your parents, and keep your promises; these things affect the acceptance of your duas. Tawakkul (trust in Allah) is essential. Trust Allah fully and be patient, but remember patience isn’t sitting idle waiting for money to fall from the sky. True tawakkul means you take all lawful means and efforts while relying on Allah alone for the outcome. Work hard, use halal means, then put your trust in Him. Give charity even if you feel in need. Charity isn’t only money - your time, knowledge, or strength can help others and is rewarded. Even small halal offerings given sincerely are multiplied by Allah. Use what you have to help those in need and show gratitude; Allah increases the grateful as He mentioned in the Quran. Keep a hopeful outlook about Allah’s mercy. Remember the times He helped you before and hold on to them. Learn and reflect on Allah’s names and attributes - write them down if it helps - and return to them when you feel weak in faith. Allah says in a hadith qudsi, “I am as My servant thinks of Me,” so maintain the best thoughts of Him. That doesn’t guarantee every desire will come true, since what’s best might differ, but be at peace with Allah’s decree knowing He wills what is best for you. Live by this simple motto: concerning the dunya, look to those who have less than you so you stay grateful; concerning the akhirah, look to those more knowledgeable than you so you keep learning and avoid arrogance. Keep making istighfar, trust Allah, act rightly, and help others - may Allah make for you an opening from every distress and bless your efforts. Amin.
