Seeking Support to Strengthen My Tawakkul After Facing Rejections

Assalamu alaikum dear brothers and sisters. Lately, I applied for medical school but ended up with rejections from all the places. Alhamdulillah, I've always strived to be a practicing Muslim, keeping up with my prayers on time and reading the Quran to understand it as best I can. Yet, after these setbacks, a nagging thought has crept in, suggesting there's no divine plan for me. I know Allah SWT has a plan for everyone, myself included, but I keep doubting it, feeling like I've lost sight of His wisdom because I just can't see it. But deep down, I refuse to stop trusting Him-it's just that this voice of doubt keeps growing louder, and it's really tough to handle. If anyone has some advice to share, I'd be so grateful for your help.
