Seeking clarity about Fajr prayer...

Salam! I saw something saying it's wrong for a guy to miss praying Fajr at the mosque with others. Honestly, that caught me off guard and got me thinking hard, haha. Is that really correct? Also, is it true that the two Sunnah rakats for Fajr can be done anytime before the Fard prayer and before sunrise? Jazakallah khairan for any advice!

It's highly encouraged but not 'wrong' in a sinful sense if you have a valid reason. Yes, the sunnah can be done after the adhan, before you pray the fard with the imam.

Missing the congregation is disliked but not haram if you pray at home. The sunnahs can be prayed anytime after the adhan calls.

Yeah, it's a thing. The emphasis on praying in congregation, especially for Fajr, is strong. And yep, the two Sunnah rakats can be prayed anytime between the adhan and the fard prayer. Allah knows best.
