Struggling to Feel Rested During Ramadan

As-salamu alaykum everyone. I've been thinking about sleep during Ramadan, and honestly, it's been tough this year. Before Ramadan started, I used to get around 8-9 hours of sleep and wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day, alhamdulillah. But now, since Ramadan began, I feel like a total zombie every morning. Even with the same amount of sleep, I can barely open my eyes and just want to stay in bed. It feels like no matter how much I sleep, I never wake up feeling properly rested. Anyone else feeling this way? I don't remember past Ramadans being this hard-I used to manage school or work fine, but this time, the fatigue is really hitting me. May Allah make it easy for all of us during this blessed month.

It’s the same for me, and last Ramadan was not this bad. Keep making dua, Allah will give us strength.

Same here man, just dragging through the day no matter how long I sleep. Insha'Allah it gets easier for us both.

Yeah, totally get it. Trying short power naps after work helps a bit, worth a shot.

Definitely feeling the zombie vibes this year. Maybe our sleep cycles are off because of suhoor and iftar timings?
