Seeking a New Home: Single Mom's Journey to Hijrah

As-salamu alaykum! I'm a single mom to a little one and I'm finally nearing the end of my psychology degree, alhamdulillah. For years, I've been feeling the call to make hijrah, but lately, it's been on my mind and in my heart a lot. To be honest, living in Norway has been really tough - the cold and darkness are getting to me, and I've had some negative experiences with people. Plus, I really want my daughter to grow up in a loving Muslim community. I've been looking into a few places and I'd love to hear from anyone who has experience with them: Malaysia, Madinah, and Qatar. Can anyone help me out with some info? I'm trying to figure out which country has the easiest visa process, what kind of rent and living costs I can expect, and which place would be the most welcoming for a single mom like me.
