Salam folks, asking for a brother with new fatherhood & prayer duties

As-salamu alaykum everyone. I'm a fairly new revert and Alhamdulillah, I've started leading my wife and son in our daily prayers. We live out in the country, so the nearest masjid is about an hour away, and with work keeping me busy around 50 hours a week, it's tough to get there often. Being in a pretty remote area in the South, there aren't many local resources or communities to connect with. I wanted to ask about the right way to lead each salah. What should I recite aloud during each prayer, and what do my wife and son say out loud? Also, when should I pause, and how does making dua in sujood work when we're praying together as a family?
