Need advice after swimming in a pool

Wa alaikum assalam, I’ll keep this brief so I can get quick advice, insha Allah. I was on holiday with my family and used a hotel pool. After I swam, I discovered a dog had drunk from the pool water. I already got out and showered, but I’m worried about any health or religious concerns. What should I do next - medically and in terms of purity (taharah)?
