My Suhoor Alarm Missed, and I Took Medicine After Fajr-Should I Still Fast Today?

Assalamu alaikum, so my alarm for suhoor didn't go off this morning, and I ended up taking some medicine for my health after Fajr had already started. I know it's not a sin to break the fast for health reasons, but since that makes my fast invalid, I'm confused-should I keep fasting for the rest of the day or just eat normally? I tried looking it up but didn't find clear answers. Any advice would help!
