Jummah Mubarak! Send 1000 Durood Today = Countless Blessings

Assalamu Alaikum everyone. Alhamdulillah, it's Friday again-the most blessed day of the week! Let’s make an effort to send a thousand salawat upon our beloved Prophet ﷺ today. There's a beautiful hadith where the Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever sends blessings upon me once, Allah sends blessings upon him ten times.” (Sahih Muslim) Another narration says: “Whoever sends blessings upon me, Allah will send blessings upon him tenfold, erase ten of his sins, and elevate him by ten degrees.” (Recorded by Ahmad, An-Nasa’i, and Al-Hakim) There’s also a narration, though some scholars consider it weak, from Anas ibn Malik that: “Whoever sends blessings upon me a thousand times on Friday will not die until he sees his place in Jannah.” Let’s all try to recite this. Here’s a short durood I like to read: Arabic: اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ أَلْفَ أَلْفَ مَرَّةٍ Transliteration: Allāhumma ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammadin wa ālihi alfa alfa marrah Translation: O Allah, send Your blessings upon Prophet Muhammad and his family a million times. May Allah accept our efforts and grant us closeness to Him.
