How to Take Shahada in Dubai for New Muslims?

Assalamu alaikum everyone, My husband and I are planning a trip to Dubai and we're hoping to take our Shahada there while we're visiting. We've been learning about Islam since this year started-both of us used to follow Hinduism but felt drawn to Islam for a long time. Alhamdulillah, it's given us so much peace and understanding, and we feel ready to embrace Islam fully inshaAllah. Since we often travel to that region, doing our Shahada in Dubai would be very meaningful for us. But we're not sure where to go or how it works for tourists. Can anyone recommend mosques or Islamic centers in Dubai that assist with taking Shahada? Also, what's the process like, and is there anything we should be prepared for?
