Personnel from the Gresik Police Traffic Unit escorted a car carrying a mother about to give birth to Ibnu Sina General Hospital. The incident happened during a routine patrol on Jalan Dr. Wahidin, when the driver of a Toyota Avanza asked for help because his passenger, Arfrida Anggraeni, was in the middle of labor. The officers found that the baby's head had already started to emerge, so they immediately carried out an emergency escort with sirens on to cut through traffic. Once they got to the ER, the medical team took over and managed both the mother and baby safely.
