French filmmakers detained in Togo on immigration charges, group reports

Two French journalists, identified as Gaël Mocaër and Sebastian Perez Pezzani, have been charged in Togo over incorrect documents. They and their Togolese assistant have been jailed, with the media freedom group Reporters Without Borders stating they were held for over three weeks prior. The group has called their detention unjustified and disproportionate.
