Dealing with Leftover Gel Polish After Ghusl

As-salamu alaykum! I got my nails done for Eid, since I was on my period at the time. I went to have them professionally removed two days before my period was supposed to end, but I realized the technician didn't take everything off properly. Anyway, I got home, bought a removal kit, and filed them down so much that my nail beds actually bled. I did my best to get all the polish off and then performed ghusl. Now, almost a month later, I've noticed there's still some transparent gel polish in places... and I'm really worried. I tried filing it off again, but I've prayed so many salahs with it still there. I feel so anxious thinking I'd have to redo all my prayers from the past month because of a little polish I honestly didn't see and thought was all gone-it was really just on a few nails.
