Are written duaa accepted, or must I say them aloud?

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh. I have this habit of writing down my thoughts, feelings, and longings in Google Docs whenever I’m feeling low, overwhelmed, or sometimes lonely. Lately, alhamdulillah, most of my writing is just me begging Allah and making duaa, because Allah is my only shelter, and I’m just a needy, weak, poor bit of mud who makes duaa. Sorry I couldn’t keep this shorter. When I write duaa, do I need to speak it, or is writing it enough? & thanks ✨ Barakallahu feekum.
