Hattara da Ciwon Shanyewar Jiki Bayan Idin Layya, Likita Ya Bada Shawara don Amintaccen Cin Naman Layya
Idin Layya yana da alaƙa da cin naman layya, amma ga masu fama da hawan jini, ciwon sukari, ciwon zuciya, shanyewar jiki, da yawan ƙwayar mai a jini suna buƙatar taka-tsantsan. Likitan ƙwararrun jijiyoyi na Asibitin Ibnu Sina Gresik, Dr. Heri Munajib SpN, ya bayyana cewa cin naman fiye da kima zai iya ƙara haɗarin shanyewar jiki.
Wasu shawarwari masu aminci: rage yawan nama bisa shawarar da aka bayar (gram 56–85 kowane cin abinci), zaɓi sassa marasa kitse kamar sirloin, guji miyar kwakwa da gishiri mai yawa, sannan a haɗa da kayan lambu da 'ya'yan itace. Yana da mahimmanci a kiyaye shan ruwa da kasancewa mai motsi.
Yi hankali da alamun shanyewar jiki ta hanyar BEFAST: asarar daidaito, hangen nesa mara kyau, fuska mara daidaito, lalacewar hannu, wahalar magana. Idan alamun suka bayyana, nemi taimakon likita nan take don magancewa cikin sauri da kuma daidai.
