Worried people seeking advice might lose their Iman

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh, I keep having this worry that many people turn to online posts as a last option because they don’t have anyone else to ask, and then they end up getting replies that aren’t really helpful. It makes me fear some might lose their Iman when they don’t get the support they need. Maybe I’m seeing this wrong. I’ve written a few posts looking for guidance before and didn’t get much useful feedback, so I’m stuck on how to think about it. If you were in their shoes, what would you do? How can we better support each other so people don’t feel abandoned or led astray?
