When to Make Up Fajr Prayer? Here's the Time, Intention, and Procedure

The five daily prayers are an obligation for Muslims, including Fajr, which has a short time frame. If missed, whether due to sleeping in or forgetting, the prayer must be made up. Prophet Muhammad SAW said, 'Whoever oversleeps and misses a prayer or forgets it, let him pray it when he remembers it.' (Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim). There’s no specific time for making up Fajr; it’s obligatory to do it right after waking up or remembering, even if the sun has already risen. It’s better before Dhuhr, but you can make it up anytime. This practice follows the companions who made up their prayers in order after being held up during the Battle of the Trench.
