Update on my visit to the mosque

Assalamu alaikum, everyone! I went with my friend for Jumu'ah prayer last Friday, and it was honestly one of the most beautiful experiences I've had. The mosque was quite small, so I got to meet many people and even had a long chat with the Imam. We talked for about 15-20 minutes about Islam, its history, and my own thoughts. Even though I'm agnostic, they were very respectful and not defensive at all when I shared my views. I still hold my own beliefs, but it was truly lovely to connect with a community I never expected to meet before. JazakAllah khair to everyone who gave me comfort and insight, and a special thanks to those who messaged me after my last post. I'll definitely visit again, inshaAllah! (On a side note, my friend is getting married soon in Qatar, his home country, and he invited me. If I can manage the travel costs, I would love to go!)
