Trying Islam for a Day: How to Make the Most of It

Assalamu alaikum! I'm a practicing Catholic, but lately I've been struggling with some doubts about faith in general. So I thought, why not do a little test? I want to spend a full day living each Abrahamic faith as devotedly as I can and see what happens. I'm starting with Islam, and I really need your advice, brothers and sisters. What are the best things I can do in 24 hours to truly connect with Allah? Any tips-prayers, duas, good deeds-please share! I'm honestly searching for guidance.
