Trouble with Our Landlady

Assalamu alaikum everyone. I want to tell you about a tough situation my family faced, so others can be careful. My wife, daughter, and I moved into a rented flat two months back since we don’t own a house yet. Alhamdulillah, we never missed a payment or bill. But things went wrong when the landlady asked about my religion. I honestly said we’re Muslims. She got very upset and said if she’d known, she would’ve never rented to us. She demanded I leave Islam and believe in Jesus as the only God. Astaghfirullah, I couldn’t do that. When I refused, she started insulting me and our deen, making threats, and forced my family out just because we’re Muslims. I reported it to the authorities, but nothing has been done yet. I didn’t reply with harsh words, but it hurts deeply because now we have no place to go. Please be cautious, brothers and sisters. Guard yourselves and your loved ones wherever you are. I’m sharing this so everyone knows these things happen. May Allah keep you all safe.
