The summit on insurance technologies of Turkic states has kicked off in Baku - assalamu alaykum.
As-salamu alaykum. The Insurtech summit on insurance technologies for Turkic states has kicked off in Baku. This two-day event is organized by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Trade of Turkey, the Union of Turkish Service Exporters, the Association of Insurers of Azerbaijan, and the Istanbul-based company New Generation Management.
Delegations from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus have come to the meeting. The main goal of the forum is to strengthen cooperation in the field of insurance technologies, enhance the resilience and digital maturity of the insurance markets of Turkic states, and exchange experiences with Turkey in innovative insurance solutions.
This is the second time the insurance technology summit is taking place in Azerbaijan. This year, the country is chairing the Organization of Turkic States. Under this chairmanship, Azerbaijan has planned other meetings as well - including on issues related to the defense industry of the OTS and meetings of national security council secretaries in 2026.
