The Mercy of Allah: Controlling Our Thoughts and Actions

As-salamu alaykum, I wanted to share something that brings me comfort and peace. Allah, in His infinite mercy, doesn't punish us for having bad thoughts, but instead rewards us for not acting upon them. This reminds us of the importance of self-control and seeking refuge in Allah from the whispers of Shaytan. It's a beautiful reminder of Allah's compassion and encouragement to strive for righteousness, even when our thoughts may stray. Alhamdu lillah for this blessing, and may we all be granted the strength to overcome our weaknesses and earn Allah's pleasure.
