As-Salaam-Alaikum - To save you time, here’s a short list of what I managed by following a simple early-morning routine: 1) Attended my master's program in the US 2) Finished a degree in Mathematics while working full time 3) Launched my own small company 4) Was once called a failure - now switched between 3 big Fortune 500 firms 5) Went from very thin 3 years ago to gaining 30 kg and keeping up with the gym for 3 years You might wonder if there was some secret. Well, part of it was my mother always telling me to read, but there was also a small book I found one afternoon at a bookstore called The Morning Miracle. I was skeptical - hearing people say “wake up early” felt like the same old advice. But after some nudging from my wife I read a chapter or two and it actually clicked. I didn’t overhaul my life overnight. That’s the key: don’t change everything at once, just tweak your routine a bit.
