Surabaya Slaughterhouse Guarantees Sacrificial Animals Returned Whole, Strict Sanctions for Rogue Committees
PT Rumah Potong Hewan (RPH) Surabaya Perseroda affirms its commitment to return all parts of the sacrificial animals intact to the person offering the sacrifice. Not a single part is taken by RPH, whether meat, bones, offal, head, feet, or skin. Everything is neatly packaged for the convenience of the offerer. RPH Surabaya President Director Fajar A Isnugroho stated that the sacrificial animals are entirely the right of the person making the sacrifice. If an offerer voluntarily donates some parts, it will be officially recorded with a receipt. Proceeds from the sale of such donations go into the RPH prayer room’s fund, not company revenue. RPH also strictly prohibits committees from asking for parts, with firm sanctions for violators. Sacrifice registrations have reached 140 cattle and closed on Monday, May 25 at 4:00 PM WIB.
