Struggling with Pain and Feeling Hopeless - Will Allah Understand?

Salam everyone, I've been dealing with health problems related to urination for a long time, and it really affected my ability to perform salah. I did my best-saved up money, researched for a good doctor, and put in a lot of time and effort. But alhamdulillah, things didn't work out; in fact, I ended up in a worse condition than before. The doctor even laughed at me during the appointment, and now I'm facing complications because of it. All the hope I had is gone, and I feel completely broken.
