Seeking Prayer and Guidance Against Workplace Injustice

Salaam, everyone. I'm having a really tough time at my job right now. My manager has this oppressive attitude that just makes every day a struggle, even though I'm handling the bulk of our team's responsibilities. I'm turning to Allah for relief, trying to stay patient, and searching for other opportunities, but it's not easy. Each day, there's something new – another attempt to belittle me or add to my hardships. Please keep me in your duas, and any advice on coping would mean a lot.
