Seeking a Life-Changing Dua

As-salamu alaykum, I'm 25 and I truly need Allah's mercy right now. In the past few years, I lost my mother and grandmother, my bond with my brother has gotten strained, and my finances crashed. I had my own animation business and was on my own, but it failed, and for the last year and a half I've been barely getting by-sometimes not even able to buy decent food. I also deal with chronic back pain, anxiety, and panic attacks for about a decade, but hardly anyone knows. The hardest part is that I used to have my own income, freedom, and dreams. Now it feels like it's all gone. I'm wondering: Has anyone ever made a specific dua that Allah answered in a way that completely turned around your money or work situation? Like something that helped you get a home, find stability, start a thriving business, become independent again, or rebuild after losing everything? I'm not looking for a quick fix, just a sincere dua you held onto during dark times that became a turning point. I'd be grateful for real experiences. JazakAllahu Khairan.
