Sadewa, a 1.076-Ton Simmental Cow from Blitar, Becomes President Prabowo's Sacrificial Animal

A Simmental cow named Sadewa, owned by Nasir from Jeblog Village, Talun District, Blitar, has been chosen as the sacrificial animal donated by President Prabowo Subianto. The cow, weighing in at 1.076 tons, was bought for IDR 100 million after passing the central team's selection. The owner's son, Aziz Yasir Naufal, helped connect with relevant agencies up to the presidential staff. Officers from the Blitar Regency Livestock and Fisheries Department meticulously inspected the cow's condition before it was submitted to the central team. Naufal admitted that the price is fair, considering that caring for a large cow isn't easy, with a measured diet of dry grass and low concentrates.
