President Prabowo Subianto attended the peak of the 2026 National Labor Day commemoration at the National Monument (Monas) in Jakarta on Friday, May 1st. In this event attended by hundreds of thousands of workers, the President along with several officials greeted and interacted directly with participants. On stage, the President joined in livening up the atmosphere by throwing a hat toward the workers and moving to the rhythm of the song performed by the band Tipe-X. The event, which carried the theme 'Collaboration Together to Realize Industrial Progress and Worker Welfare,' was attended by around 200,000 workers.
