Overwhelmed by so many problems - what should I do?

Assalamualaikum my brothers and sisters, I’m going through a really tough patch right now and don’t know which way to turn. I have serious money problems and bills piling up. I’m currently unemployed because I left my old job for a new one that needed a lot of certificates and took the last three months of my time. Now I’ve been told that the job might not happen because I was in my home country this year. It’s a position connected to the army as my boss, but they wouldn’t be the ones paying me. I live in the West, and they’re saying they may decline me because I spent time in the Middle East. I already spent a lot on getting the required documents and such. In my country you get some pay if you’ve worked a while, but it’s only 60% of your monthly salary - in my case about €1200. That payment got delayed for two months because of an issue with the institute that pays me, and now my bills have stacked up to around €2000. I’m getting notices and paperwork from everywhere asking me to clear the debt. The employer said I’m declined for one specific location but not necessarily for all. They’ve asked if I can move to another location, but that process will take weeks again. That’s stopping me from taking new work because I’m afraid the original plan might suddenly be activated. I really don’t know what to do. I’d appreciate if anyone who’s been through something similar can share how they managed. Please keep me in your duas - may Allah make a way out, InshaAllah. Thanks.
