No More Searching – The Truth Is Here, InshaAllah
Bismillah Assalamu Alaikum wa rahmatullah If you’re someone who’s been searching for the truth, I want to tell you: stop searching because the truth is right here. People from all walks of life claim to have the truth-Christians, Jews, spiritual seekers, scientists. Even as Muslims, sometimes we feel like something is missing despite praying five times a day and fasting Ramadan. We listen to stories of the Prophets, try to feel the spirit of Islam, but often that feeling only comes on Eid or special occasions. What you’re really looking for is a complete way of life-a system that includes community, purpose, spirituality, family, appreciating the moment without fakeness, and knowing that every effort you make is for Jannah. Maybe you’ve wondered why others cry at the Kaabah or when reading Qur’an and wished you could feel that too. Maybe you’ve pushed your emotions aside because feelings seem like weakness or just chemicals in the brain. You might have looked into science, laws of motion, astronomy, even conspiracy theories, hoping to find answers, but still felt empty inside because there was no balance. You might have tried believing in some amazing method that promises success if you just stay 100% positive, but still something feels missing. Maybe you put your trust in the universe instead of Allah-A’udhu billah. The truth is, what’s missing is the connection with Allah, not just chasing the right frequency or vibes. Now, it’s time to open a new chapter. I know you’ve tried this many times before, but please listen. You might fear drawing too close to Allah because you worry about what’s halal or haram, or you think prayers and fasting are only for the Hereafter and that you won’t gain anything in this life. Maybe you feel hopeless because you’re unsure if your du’as will be accepted. But remember this Hadith from Musnad Ahmad: the Prophet (peace be upon him) said that any Muslim who calls upon Allah without sin or breaking family ties will have one of three answers-either their du’a is answered quickly, stored for the Hereafter, or an evil is turned away from them. And Allah has even more. Even if you doubt Hadiths, that’s okay-I’m just sharing for reference. The biggest trick from Shaytaan is to keep you away from the Qur’an and lead you to other teachings that don’t benefit you. You might have tried reading Qur’an before but found it heavy, or difficult, or frustrating. That’s normal, and I will help you with that. Here’s what you need to do, step by step, inshaAllah: Step 1: Start memorizing the Qur’an, beginning with Surah Al-Baqarah. Every day memorize half a page and listen to it-both are important. Do this every single day and revise what you’ve memorized daily. The best time is after Fajr prayer and sunnah, then start memorizing. This Surah brings barakah (blessing) and keeps Shaytaan away, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) mentioned. Your intention must be solely for the Akhirah (Hereafter). Actions are judged by intentions, so make this purely for Allah. If you don’t know Arabic well, memorize fewer verses but don’t go below two verses a day. Step 2: Alongside memorization, do morning and evening adhkaar (remembrances of Allah) immediately after Fajr and Asr prayers. Don’t rush through them; say them with presence and understanding. If you don’t understand the Arabic, learn the meaning of one du’a at a time and make it from your heart. Step 3: Throughout the day, keep up with dhikr like Subhanallah, Alhamdulillah, Allahu Akbar, La ilaha illa Allah, and seek forgiveness (istighfar). Start this once you’ve memorized at least a quarter of your daily goal so you don’t feel overwhelmed. Step 4: Have full tawakkul (reliance) on Allah. Remember the beautiful hadith where Allah says He is as His servant thinks of Him and draws near when the servant comes near. From now on, make every prayer and act of worship for the Akhirah. After Fajr, sit quietly and sincerely give up on chasing the dunya (worldly life) if that means losing in this life but winning in the Hereafter. Don’t skip a day. Stay consistent. What will happen? InshaAllah, everything you do will become worship naturally without forcing it. You’ll feel barakah-when little effort brings great peace, happiness, and connection to Allah. You’ll start loving the Qur’an, your heart will soften, and your life will change. Your du’as will be answered-sometimes immediately, sometimes later, and sometimes in ways better than you imagined. You might find yourself loving things you used to dislike, doing deeds with excellence (ihsan), and feeling truly alive. Weaknesses like shyness will fade; you’ll gain confidence. You might see beauty in colors and life because Allah is Beautiful and loves beauty. Your whole life will transform, and even in sadness, you’ll find sweetness and comfort in turning to Allah. Your focus will be purely on the Akhirah, making du’a for Jannah-especially Al-Firdaws, the highest level. This journey will bring you the servant-heartedness you’ve been searching for all along. If you hold grudges or have a negative outlook, try to be positive-it’s tough at first but very rewarding. Remember, this method isn’t a new innovation but based on sunnah acts that bring you closer to Allah. Once you start, please come back and share your experience, inshaAllah. May Allah guide us all and make us among those who seek Him sincerely. Assalamu Alaikum wa rahmatullah.
