Ministry of Religious Affairs to Disburse Rp 4.1 Trillion in Operational Aid for Madrasahs and RA Phase II 2026
The Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag) will soon disburse the School Operational Assistance (BOS) for madrasahs and Operational Assistance for Raudhatul Athfal (BOP RA) Phase II of the 2026 fiscal year. The total budget reaches Rp 4.1 trillion, consisting of Rp 3.7 trillion for Madrasah BOS and Rp 370 billion for BOP RA. This funding will be distributed to 52 thousand private madrasahs and 31 thousand RAs across Indonesia.
Minister of Religious Affairs Nasaruddin Umar stated that BOS is a strategic instrument to maintain the sustainability and quality of independent madrasah education that is proper, safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for students. The submission and document verification process is now entirely done digitally through Kemenag's official portal.
Director of KSKK Madrasah Nyayu Khodijah reminded that the Accountability Report (LPJ) for Phase I usage must be completed before uploading the Phase II submission documents. The submission schedule is divided into three periods: first (July 29–August 8, 2026), second (August 18–30, 2026), and third (September 14–27, 2026), with verification taking place until the day after each submission deadline.
