At the invitation of the Turkish ambassador to Russia, Mr. Tanju Bilgic, the chairman of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Russian Federation, Chief Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gainutdin, attended a formal reception, accompanied by his deputy for international affairs and Hajj, Mufti Rushan Abbyasov. An educational seminar for imams and leaders of religious organizations has kicked off in Tyumen
The seminar is taking place at the "Mirass" banquet hall, organized by the Islamic Enlightenment Center of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Tyumen Oblast. Opening the seminar, the chairman of the Spiritual Administration of Tyumen Oblast, Mufti Zinnot Khazrat Sadykov, praised Allah for the opportunity to gain useful knowledge and thanked the regional authorities for their support. The first day was dedicated to etiquette toward scholars: the lecturer, Dr. of Islamic Sciences Rashid Khazrat Sibgatulin, also spoke about the sinfulness of gossip and slander and about the permissibility of contacting law enforcement to protect one’s rights. The lecture by the director of the Islamic Enlightenment Center, Iskandar Khazrat Yusupov, touched upon religious policy during the reign of Catherine II. In the following days, lectures are planned on religious studies, interfaith relations, and the halal industry. The seminar will conclude on October 1st.
The V International Conference "Heritage of Muslim Theologians..." took place in Dagestan

The jury will be headed by Sheikh Hafiz-Qurra Ma'mun Ar-Ravi, a master of hifz and chairman of the jury in competitions from the Persian Gulf countries.

Chairman of the State Committee Ramin Mamedov met with the head of the religious agency of Turkey, Safi Arpagush. They discussed exchanging experiences in religious education, enlightening, training staff, projects on multiculturalism, and joint efforts in the fight against radicalism and extremism. Uzbekistan will host the international congress “Spiritual Heritage and Enlightenment in Central Asia”
Initiated by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, a large-scale international spiritual and enlightening congress is planned with around 300 representatives from science, culture, and education from the region. The forum is expected to strengthen the cultural and historical unity of Central Asia and promote its spiritual heritage. Organizational meetings were held at the Center for Islamic Civilization with the participation of ministries and departments.
